Crash in the build compiler about scala-redis HOT 5 CLOSED

akka-redis-pubsub was based on an earlier version of Scala and Akka. Not sure if it will run in the current versions using the current sbt. Also I don't use any IDE (Eclipse, Idea etc.) - hence have no idea why it's crashing there. I think the crash is because of version incompatibility between Scala, Akka and sbt.

okay¡K so could you please tell me which version of akka and scala and sbt you used? ( if you remember)
btw, the RedisClient.scala that I used is download from akka.io website (redisclient_2.9.1-2.4.0.jar), I think
it can't be wrong, right?
but when I call the method publish or subscribe in RedisClient (which extends with PubSub.scala)
it crashed¡K

maybe I'll try to don't use IDE to compile this

The versions are : Scala 2.8.1, sbt 0.7.5.RC0 and akka-actor 1.0.RC5 .. all of these details are there in https://github.com/debasishg/akka-redis-pubsub/blob/master/project/build/AkkaPubsubProject.scala and https://github.com/debasishg/akka-redis-pubsub/blob/master/project/build.properties ..

Thanks for your help, I figure it out ( it's not about the version, it's about missing some .jar)

I have another question, but I'm not sure if suitable to open another issue here...
the question is, I want to use websocket on the front end, so I need to combine akka, redid and websocket to build the whole pub/sub system
Do you have any suggestion?
