Bonus points is if you could generate the script filters with an external trigger attached. I can give a go at adding this and sending a PR if you are willing to accept it.

I'll consider moving everything over to the right to leave space for Hotkeys.
I'm not going to add generation of External Triggers because I don't see much point to them.
Fallback Searches are on the list, though.

Also pragmatic generation of Script Filters and other objects is really interesting. I think this is the first workflow that does this and there is so many cool things you can do with this.

It's not. I did it a long time ago with Fuzzy Folders.
There are a few downsides to it, notably that Alfred doesn't notice immediately if info.plist
has changed.
