Minim.loadFile() crashed when passed MP3 files with certain encodings about minim HOT 2 CLOSED

I think I've probably fixed the straight up crash with a824397

loadFile now returns null if the requested file does not load properly for whatever reason and it will report an error about it.

However, there is still an issue with some mp3 files not loading properly. The test sketch included in that commit contains a bunch of these, but as far as I can tell the problem lies in JLayer. Most of the files that fail do so because when JLayer attempts to load the first header in the file it checks to make sure the next part of the file is another valid header and decides that it is not, so it chews through the rest of the file looking for one before failing silently and returning a null Header. This all happens when attempting to determine the file format.
