Yes, I'm aware.
Currently, wp-load is required, however I'll be releasing the plugin on .org using admin-ajax in the next few weeks.

Nice! I just came up with my own solution using admin-ajax.php (using wp_localize_script of course) so I'm curious to see what you come up with and compare it to what I did ;)
Besides that, this is really nice - good work!

Sounds like we have the same approach. Im just putting the finishing touches on the shortcode builder and the admin options panel and it will be ready to release.
I'll post back here after and maybe you can take it for a spin!
