It works with showLayoutSteps
true, but cola seems to drag the entire layout when this is false.

We have move_nodes
and fix_nodes
. Remains to be documented.
It works differently from cola, which does layout continuously. Instead, layout is triggered only when the nodes are dropped, and the nodes are fixed there with configurable permanence.
