Hi, it's always a good idea to try and boil down the code to the fewest lines that still doesn't work, and it's hard to help when I cannot run the code myself. But I see that you have two different functions called subscribe() which is probably not a good idea, since the last subscribe() will call itself instead of the top one.

Ya sorry it was a very dirty example i was working on. Moving the session to a global scope fixes the problem, I guess i was misusing the context managers.

On a side note if you have some time, could you suggest a nice way of doing retries similar to rx?
