Qoob Fix is not implemented properly about vbagx HOT 7 CLOSED

I'm not setting it explicitly, it exists the same as HW_RVL does - it's a 
devkit 
thing.

No idea if it'll make a difference or not, but I've compiled the latest 
freetype. 
This version vs the old one supposedly fixes a lot of bugs/memory leaks/etc. It 
might make a different for the Qoob conflict...

Does the Qoob fix still not work on 1.0.5? Does it work for Snes9x GX and FCEU 
GX?

VBA hangs, Snes9xGX shows the logo in the corner and a white screen (I suspect 
you
don't try to init the fonts until after you've drawn this), but FCEU works 
fine. It
might be optimizing that the compiler does which renders it useless but IDK.

hmm...my only thought on this is maybe try initializing freetype sooner or 
later, 
and see if that helps. No idea either.
