Try it in Snes9x 1.51 for PC. Does it work there? If not, nothing we can do, if 
yes: 
could you attach a snapshot freeze file just before the part it freezes?

It doesn't work in the PC version either. I went ahead and made a save state, 
even
though you probably won't be able to do anything with it.

Do you know if anyone is porting ZSNES to Wii?

Sorry, nothing we can do for this. ZSNES will never be ported to the Wii, due 
to how 
it was programmed (architectural differences).
