The add-in is in the root of that folder the manifest file is called DaxStudio.vsto, but you can't do much with that file from windows explorer.
If the add-in is disabled you need to go into File > Options > Add-Ins then in the "manage" dropdown click on disabled add-ins and then click the "Go" button and re-enable DAX Studio. If it's not in the disabled addins section then go into the "COM addins" settings and make sure the box next to "DAX Studio Excel Addin" is ticked.
Or worst case try uninstalling and re-installing
