It's a generic error code STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL
Possible causes:
- Failed to get/set thread context
- InsertInvertedFunctionTable failure during manual map
- Failed to extract image manifest to temp file
- Inject returned success code but image wasn't injected
I'm planning to provide more specialized errors for those cases in the future.
As for Fall Creators update wait for compatibility fix for blackbone and xenos.

I've replaced STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL with more specific error codes in 561f93c
from xenos.
