I filed a tracking bug against dart_coveralls (https://github.com/Adracus/dart-coveralls). I'll roll back support for now :(

There's some coverage info there. The tool needs a bit more maturing; I've disabled it for now (0b94c7e). When the coverage tool fails it fails our build, which isn't good. Also, it looks like the coverage % takes into account how much of the sdk code you've coveraged as well (issues filed for dart_coeralls).
