Basic Attempt #1: Have used a global dict persistent_store to store all the ga objects created.
Issues:

  1. Need to handle deletion of elements from dictionary when evolution has completed to save space.
-> Need to detect final evolutions. Change of entire structure ? or Delete when ga_init is called again ?
  2. This only allows one execution at the same time per client. ( Cant execute two at a time from one client using different tabs of browser since it uses the same cookie ga_object).
    Either need to
-> restrict to one execution at a time per client. In which case need to add handling of failed scenario.
-> allow many. How? Change cookie implementation?

Right now, many clients can execute one evolution at the same time using this basic implementation
