Rudimentary patch to handle these errors. This could probably be done better,
but I
don't know the exact details of how errors are passed back... and this at least
works.

I'm finally going back and looking at this. I think you're on to something
here --
we should wrap any error strings Twitter provides in the Twitter exception. The
trick will be to push this down just a bit, so we don't have to do it in each
API
call. Let me refactor a bit then find the right place to apply this.
