[New App Request] Dell Command | Update about nevergreen HOT 1 OPEN

@DanGough Unsure where you have got to in merging my additions into your next release, but thought I ought to let you know...

FYI: This script appears to have broken, I suspect that Dell have changed the page slightly, and are now either expecting a specific header to be defined (I have so far been unable to determine this) or they are expecting a Cookie to be set - unsure if this can be achieved using PowerShell.
The script first checks the Dell Command | Update page (https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-uk/000177325/dell-command-update) - Defined as $SummaryUrl in my script, and searches for the URLs of the 2 platforms (Defined in $Platforms), this then opens each URL to search for and return the URL for the platform specific download by matching the Download in $Platforms.
It appears to be the second step (opening each URL) is where this is failing.
