Inserting cells on the fly cause a lot of problems, and the hot spot are in the edges of each slide.
This is because the process reading the structure and rendering the slideshow does not have into account the new information... the simple solution is add cell in notebook mode and not in the live slideshow mode. Trying to render new "insertion" info on the fly is a really hard problem I don't have answer yet... ideas welcome 😉

As I said... inserting cells is not viable with this extension now... and make viable probably takes a lot of time and effort... so, closing for now... if someone have ideas or want to discuss further we can reopen it again. Thanks.
