Plain cell mistaken for fragment in slideshow about rise HOT 11 CLOSED

That notebook has a number of issues, for example the cell with the text:

We did not have to use MCMC; PyMC also has approximation methods.

shows up blank during the presentation, and renders all subsequent slides blank as well. This is strange, since it is just a simple markdown cell.

No hurry. I was planning on using it for a conference presentation last week, but decided not to.

Just an update... I will test this again with master this week to see if I still can see the errors (since IPython/Jupyter changes a lot, and RISE make some changes accordingly, we have to check if the issues are still present).
