v2.22.1 ?
Have you refreshed or tried another browser (by the way, which browser are you using?)
Could you also send me the output from all deploy that gives you the api?
please check database this result:

Hi @D10S0VSkY-OSS,
In this case I created a new stack and a new deploy from the stack, when I renamed the stack the deploy went wrong.
Solution:
I renamed the stack back.

I don't know what version you are using from SLD, but it should not allow you to delete or rename the stack if it is being used by a deployment
