i think that here we need library support in go-ping...

In case of IPv6 the easiest way is pass the interface/zone to:
monitor.AddTargetDelayed(name, net.IPAddr{IP: addr, Zone: ""}, t.delay)
For all other cases we have to add support for setting the source address in the go-pinger package.

I believe go-ping added support for the "-I" option: https://github.com/digineo/go-ping/blob/bc50d4a3e1022217d5fb9b0c9399efed5b4b2261/cmd/pingnet/main.go#L83
This allows one to set the Interface/IPv6 zone.
