from some of the text that I see in the error you pasted, it looks like you might have copied the script with some extra text from GitHub HTML
Try copying the script from this link:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cyberark/epv-api-scripts/master/Platforms/Export-Import-Platform.ps1
