gitbook.com is flaky about everything-curl HOT 10 CLOSED

When going self-hosted, should we move the book to curl.se as part of the regular site? For CDN reasons it makes sense if nothing else.

We should probably also move the git repository here on github over to the curl org.

The gitbook one seems like a no-go as it seems deserted.

None of these alternative solutions seem have the neat gitbook style with the arrows in the left menu to expand/collapse sections. Not a blocker of course.

When I render a local version and load via file:// it behaves differently!

• the sidebar does not hide itself (it stays there by default)
• the theme selector and search button are present

I want at least that on the online version as well.
