I agree but maybe also add something that when a plugin binds /reload or /help the server will use those commands instead of the build in commands.

What would that be useful for? Once the commands are implemented, there isn't much sense in re-implementing them any other way.

Idk, maybe so you could just have a really simple reload command in the server, and a better one once the plugin is loaded?

I fail to imagine a "worse" and a "better" reload command :P

Anyway, it would be non-trivial to implement this overriding, so if you don't have a specific usecase, I'm siding with not implementing it - each command can be bound just once be it by a plugin or by the server; no special cases.

If someone wants to change the way the /help menu looks it would be nice if he could just bind the /help command so that the server doesn't use the build in command.

Note that this is not about the ingame /help command, this is about the server console help command. Thus it's quite doubtful anyone would want to change that.

Yet again this one bites us - a friend tried compiling and running MCServer, and he wrote to me "hey, know what's funny? I wanted to see the help..." You can imagine the rest.
