I think it is not in the variablenamecv... I put it into the main ontology but did not add it to the cv, during the barium fiasco....

"Alkalinity, total" is being rejected as not existing in the VariableName CV, but is actually a valid term that is in the CV.

Alva this is regarding the uploader and the problem is a trailing space in the CV. There are several terms in which have that problem which we can correct once the CV database is moved onto our hardware which is scheduled for tomorrow.

problem was due to a trailing space in the CV. I checked all CV's for trailing spaces and removed them in the production databases. Upload should work fine now
