You're right, that is something that bothered me a couple times in the past and didn't bother to fix. I changed the code to now show proper column names. Please tell me if it's not clear to you what the names mean!

thanks, I'm going to say
fl_obs is confusing. I guess this means intrinsic flux right, so dust corrected? because technically observed flux is with dust.

Also I think there is an issue here (assuming what I said above is correct)
sed_xi_ion_2323 0

In the top panel, dark blue points should match with the blue plot (intrinsic sed) and the cyan ones should match (observed sed) ( or at least vice versa if the column are jumbled).
before i go any further looking into this have you checked this before?

Ah, I guess this is even more unclear than I thought it might :) The first column is wavelength, the second column (fl_model) is the best fit flux, the third column (fl_obs) is the flux of the galaxy as provided in the input catalog, and the fourth column (unc_obs) is the uncertainty of that flux. So the last two columns are just repeating data from the input catalog, to make it easier to plot the fit and observations together. I guess I'll have to document that!

NB: there is currently no option to obtain the intrinsic (without dust) broadband fluxes, and I don't think I'll add this in the near future unless you give me a good reason to :P

aha! got it. Yeah, the latter is not necessary, what is important to see is the photometry comparison between observations and best fit model.
