shards fails hard when trying to run shards check before install about shards HOT 8 CLOSED

Mmh, I asked @jreinert to test with master and he said he would get it, but I can't reproduce with it, get a nice Failed to clone

hm weird, it is master though. here's what i did to reproduce it after having run shards install. i removed shards.lock and .shards/. then run shards check.

Actually very easy to reproduce:

  def test_fails_when_dependencies_arent_installed
    with_shard({ dependencies: { web: "*" } }) do
      run "shards check --verbose"
    end
  end

I new the check command needed a refactor. The problem should now be fixed!
