Correctly handle glossary entries that are also acronyms about book HOT 2 CLOSED

I think this is fixed right? There is a separate section for glossaries and acronyms. Or did you want to do something different?

That being said something is strange with the pdf I just built from HEAD. The first page of Acronyms. After the first heading there is a row of letters "P|A|B|C" clicking the P takes me back three pages to the "P" section of the glossary. Clicking A,B,C does what you would expect and skips to the relevant letter below. I have included a picture below. Let me know if you would prefer I open a new issue in case you want to close this one.

Yes, that should go into a new issue. FWIW, I can reproduce, but we can have that discussion on that ticket :-)
