CriticMarkup conflicts with lists about criticmarkup-toolkit HOT 1 OPEN

That's definitely not right. I add this to the list of defects to fix. I'm not sure why we're not handling the newlines correctly for insertions.

  Is this a bug, or should CriticMarkup only be used inside the bullet? How then remove an entire section that has bullets inside of it?
