• During my studies I learned to focus on readability, reusability and TDD to build high-quality software that meets client requirements, following DRY principles.
• Through group projects, Makers propelled my coding knowledge by teaching me how to apply an agile methodology and equipped me with engineering best practices and principles when writing code.
• Also provided me the opportunity to keep improving my communication and time management skills through pair-programming and multiple deadlines.

• Coordinated logistics of a total of 74 wind turbines for one of the world’s leading Greentech companies, Envision. Working for a multinational corporation meant dealing with people of different cultures and from all walks of life, leaving little to zero room for miscommunication both in the face-to-face and written form.

• Responsible for planning, tracking, receiving, controlling, and distributing national and international loads. Having plenty of responsibilities required me to be organized and pay attention to even the smallest of details, while making good connections with everyone I interacted with.

• Supervised unloading, stocking and distribution of materials. In order to optimize transport times, I needed to be able to make sound decisions and be as prepared as possible to deal with unforeseen circumstances.

• Managed the process of procuring supplies for construction/installation sites while saving costs, reducing times, and building strong relationships with suppliers.

• As an operations manager of several mining quarries with a production capacity of 1 million tons per year, I developed the ability to make accurate predictions of the possible needs of the company, as well as outcomes of actions made anywhere in the entire supply chain.

• Having to operate in compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental regulations required me to think and plan ahead, be prepared to act fast, assess risks that may arise, and develop contingency plans.

• Issues and last-minute changes were inevitable in the day-to-day operation, so I needed to always be quick to welcome change, adapt and make the necessary adjustments.

• Being involved in the process from the start right until the very end, I needed to oversee each component of the supply chain, ensuring deliveries got to where they ought to be. When problems arose along the way, I had to find possible solutions to prevent them from happening again.
