Hmm... now there are some really weird errors I have never seen before. For instance, ci/prow/ci-fedora-integration — Pod can not be created: create pod ci/7a992.... And the same for #7998.

Looking at #7971, I wonder if bumping github.com/opencontainers/runtime-spec v1.2.0 is causing this issue.

And I added a test hack to #7971 see if I can make the bogeyman go away.

But if I revert that change, I see the same failures. So I think it is unrelated and due to some other mayhem with the openshift CI runs.
