I have completely uninstalled valet and also
composer global remove cretueusebiu/valet-windows
but still gave me this error
$ composer global require cretueusebiu/valet-windows

i think problem is with path when copying file in this section

and also i m using git bash terminal

If you open your Services do you see Acrylic DNS Proxy there ?
I think the service is still running so that's why composer can't write that file. When you uninstall valet make sure you run your terminal as administrator. After you run valet uninstall all 3 services should be removed.
You can also manually go to C:\Users\prabhat\AppData\Roaming\Composer\vendor/cretueusebiu/valet-windows/bin\acrylic , open CMD as an administrator there and run AcrylicController StopAcrylicServiceSilently and AcrylicController UninstallAcrylicService.
