I'm thinking that a neutral creature should attack back either all the time, or perhaps with some probability. Perhaps this probability should be configurable via game.xml, and if it's not specified, there should be a default probability (maybe 1?)

Ok, so a neutral creature will, for now, always attack by default. A friendly creature will NOT attack by default. GGG!

With the current architecture, the only way to do this is during parsing. Not my favorite solution, but it will do.
