I probably should update those plugins to solve this.

Since the Vungle plugin is first-party and they have indicated to me that they are not planning on updating it, I wasn't sure that was even in the cards from your end.

To the best of my knowledge, the Vungle plugin has not been updated, and there's still no warning telling people not to use it for builds that target the Google Play Store in the docs. I still haven't received a response from Vungle that indicates they even understand the question I'm asking them regarding updating the plugin.
