Fenix 2.0.0 is almost ready, but it's not quite 100% done yet... I'm literally working on the new site now. The new site documents all of the features and has some walk-thru animations. Here's a preview:
I'm hoping to have everything wrapped up and ready for an initial public release candidate by the end of the week.

@tomByrer - the main point I'm getting at is the docs will be released with the new version of the app :-) When released, the README will have instructions for hacking on Fenix.

I haven't made the announcement yet, but I put the Fenix 2.0.0 up as a public release candidate, along with the new website at fenixwebserver.com. I actually think it is probably production ready, but I've only had private testing done.
The new release has an installer, and it shouldn't interfere with the existing install (though I personally removed Fenix 1.0 in favor of this version). If you use it, let me know what you think.
