I am trying to reproduce, but without success.
Here are my steps:
git clone https://github.com/coreui/coreui-free-react-admin-template.git
cd coreui-free-react-admin-template/
npm i
npm startfrom coreui-react.

The issue is encountered when importing modules directly from "coreui-react". I am using it in my existing project, not with coreui-free-react-admin-template.
The warning message provided by @joostfarla is exactly the one I am getting.

AppLayout is not production ready, I think we should block this export for a while
