Hi,

Can you provide an example of a callback that expects no params? There have been a few issues with the adjustCallback() mechanism and I'm probably going to remove it entirely, as most JS libs now simply assume that callbacks conform to a two param (err, obj) format.

An example would be a function that is forwarding the arguments to another, for example:

pool.acquire(function () {
  fn.apply(null, Array.prototype.slice.call(arguments));
});

Of course thanks to v2.0.0 you can just use v2.0.0 and be done with it :)
