The main exploit yes, but additions and research made should have a license, just include Ians license in yours

@coolstar as Siguza pointed out weeks ago, GPLv3 can't be used for Electra since you can't legally link GPLv3 with Ian's/NinjaPrawn's/Xerub's code. Not even talking about sum shady binaries 👀

And from what I now realize you probably never wanted to license Electra properly.

And who gives a fuck about GPLv3 which 1) Wasn't applicable in first place 2) Is violated by project maintainer?
