Analysis of the issue:
The FMU is generated from 20-sim and the equations show that these particular parameters are part of our static equations. Equations that are calculated only once since they only depend on constants and/or parameters (which are constants too during simulation).

The current FMU template calculates these static equations in the fmi2SetupExperiment function. This means that all parameter modifications that are done after this function call are not 'seen' by the static equations.

The INTO-CPS COE initializes the parameters after the fmi2SetupExperiment function call, so a possible solution would be to calculate our static equations in the fmi2ExitInitializationMode function.
