There is a site where to deploy the documentation once created? We could use https://readthedocs.org/ that is free and used by many projects.

mmmh I think we can use the same approach we used in the wiki: https://wiki.continualai.org/
As you can see is a RTD template. Nice thing is that we can put the doc under avalanche.continualai.org without paying a penny, while on RTD custom domains are not free.
