inconsistencies in results.xml about ami HOT 2 OPEN

This is very useful.
I intend to rationalise it tomorrow. It's not quite as simple as it looks.
Mark and I agree that the name0/value0 should be abandoned and made more
lightweight , e.g.

length="12.0" age="23"

This means that "pre", "post", "xpath" are reserved words.

At present we have "match" and "exact". I think these should change, but
let me think.
