Mhh.. Not sure what's going on there. Maybe there is some special invisible utf8 character involved. Did you try rewriting the line with IGNORELIST_SERVICES manually?

Hello, I have the same problem, to work around it I had to had whitespaces at the begining and the end of the string IGNORELIST_SERVICES.

When using the environment: Docker/YML syntax, make sure not to include double quotes in the value, or they will be interpreted literally.

So

    environment:
      - IGNORELIST_SERVICES=shepherd_shepherd wordpress_db wordpress_wordpress

and not

    environment:
      - IGNORELIST_SERVICES="shepherd_shepherd wordpress_db wordpress_wordpress"
