Not so much an enablement of 2010, but a retirement of 2008 as a tool for people hacking on QF/n itself.
Binaries built with 2010 should be compatible with apps developed in pre-2010, but we'd be forcing people who develop QF/n itself to use 2010+.

Conversion of the sln/csproj files should be easy. If you open them in VS2010, it should automatically do it.
More tricky are the command-line build environments, and making sure our automated build machine has the relevant 2010 version of devenv and msbuild and whatnot.

I have already made conversion of sln/csproj files to VS2010 in my fork but as separated new files *_VS10. I didn't change bat files,
