SocketInitiator no longer has GetSessions about quickfixn HOT 3 CLOSED

Is this really a new feature, as opposed to a bug? QuickFIX has this currently, so without it being implemented I would need to redesign our code to get around the incompatibility.

jcwild, you can always take a stab at fixing this issue if it's blocking you. It might be faster than redesigning your code. It may actually be easy; we just haven't had time to look at it yet.

The QF/C++ abstract classes Initiator and Acceptor both specify GetSessions():

Todo items for QF/n:

• Add GetSessions() to IInitiator (IAcceptor already has it.)
• Implement it for all classes that implement it

Note: ThreadedSocketAcceptor does not implement it. It throws a NotImplementedException.
