Using api/metadata/taskdefs to fetch all task defs with header: "Accept-Encoding: gzip". Curl example:
curl -X GET "https://pg-staging.orkesconductor.com/api/metadata/taskdefs?access=READ" -H "accept: */*" -H "X-Authorization: token" -H "Accept-Encoding: gzip" --output -from conductor-python.
