Some disk space statistics for root directory:
- Before
rm /opt/ghc- 13 GB - After
rm /opt/ghc- 22 GB - In build.sh, after
rm /opt/conda/pkgs/*.tar.bz2:- cpu build - 12 GB
- cuda build - 7.9 GB

How long does it take to remove /opt/ghc? We can do it globally if it doesn't take much time.

To run the corresponding script takes less than 2-3 sec.
EDIT: less than 1 sec.

I'm okay with a PR to https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge-ci-setup-feedstock/blob/master/recipe/run_conda_forge_build_setup_linux then that does that with a ${CI} == "azure" guard.
