Please try the broken approach for now, I believe it will resovle your issues.

Thanks @hmaarrfk -- I submitted the PR. Leaving this open for now to see if the "win-64" label is removed after the PR is accepted.

Well.. I see the broken label now on https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/interpret , but it's still labeled as "win-64" under installers. 🤷
and it offers the following installation points:
conda install -c conda-forge interpret
conda install -c "conda-forge/label/broken" interpret

but if you clean your environment hard enough,
conda install -c conda-forge interpret
should pull from the noarch package right?

right. unless the really try, they shouldn't bee able ot download from other than main.
