Well, it looks like hard to ignore README.md files from chart-releaser because we already defined charts folder for change tracking system. Maybe we can use --skip-existing
flag. It could be better option.

We already have a version check in the chart lint. But fir the worse case, when we skip it somehow, it must not try to produce a chart for same version.
