If you looked at the drive in cabana before it was fully uploaded, there might be some caching issues with the qcamera M3U8 playlist. In commaai/connect#162 I encountered this with connect due to caching in the Azure CDN. If connect is working but cabana isn't, try clearing your local browser cache (or try using a different browser/computer) and see if that helps.
