Replace changes the file encode to ASCII about cols-agent-tasks HOT 3 CLOSED

It would actually be much better if you detected the file encoding before opening the text file, and then saved back using the same encoding. We were stuck for a few hours because of the "Utf-8 only" issue.

In my case, i can't find (don't know how) what is the encode of file before the replace with Powershell, then i decide to use this powershell temporarily.
