That seems to be a problem because of the Meta -> Q&A migration and probably needs to be fixed by @ArtOfCode- going to the DB and changing the tag set for those in "Meta" to "Q&A".

When I went back to the page the status-completed tag was there already; maybe I succeeded in creating it before but just couldn't add it. To test, I added status-this-is-a-test to one of your posts and then removed it. Feel free to blow away the tag; I needed to create something in order to test the fix.
