Will it turn a fullscreen game into a 'windowed' game, or does it only strip the borders from games already running in windowed mode?
Here's what's working for me with the current build:
Fullscreen - Nothing happens (All games)
Windowed:
TF2 - Works! Borders removed.
Killing Floor - Borders flash, then come back.
Mass Effect - Borders flash, then come back.
Civ V - Works! Borders removed.

This will not switch a fullscreen game into windowed, the game must be first running as windowed. Please see the latest build of the source code uploaded now for fixes involving games leaving their monitor bounds and borders returning
