So we make a Python program to maintain this record for us. In this project, we add our diet and exercises that we need to do, or we can save our daily diet or exercise with date/day and time to keep records, and it will also retrieve whenever user wants to see their routine in particular date. In this project, user input their diet and exercise, and then we save the input with the particular date/day and time, so whenever the user wants they can see their routine in respected file. and it will also retrieve whenever user wants to see their routine in particular date.
